Liberon Garden ColourCare Decorative Woodstain is ideal for all exterior woodwork, including wooden shutters, gates, fences, windows and beams. It is suitable for use on most types of European and exotic woods, new and old, including Oak, Softwood, Larch, Douglas and Red Cedar.
Please note: Liberon state that the different colour variations for this product produce different finishes. The 'Smoked Spruce' and 'White Cedar' colours produce a more 'matt' finish whilst the 'Coppery Douglas' produces a 'metallic' like sheen. The 'Silver Grey' and 'Ashen Oak' colours produce a 'shimmery/metallic' finish. Always do a test area before starting any project to assess product suitability and final finish.
Ensure that surfaces to be stained are clean, dry and free from traces of dirt, durst, grease and any other surface contaminants.

Do not apply Garden ColourCare Decorative Woodstain on heat-treated woods, thermo-treated woods or acidic woods. Ideal application conditions are between 12°C and 25°C in dry weather. Do not apply Decorative Woodstain in strong winds or when bad weather is forecast. Stir the product well before and during use using a wide stick.
Please Note: The 8 Year Guarantee applies to new wood, wood to be renovated, and usual wood species, when the product is applied according to the Preparation and Application instructions above. The guarantee is limited to refunding of the product (presentation of the receipt and the tin is required) and concerns only the aspect of the paint.
To maintain the protective qualities of the finish, simply apply a fresh coat of Liberon Garden ColourCare Decorative Woodstain as and when required, following the Preparation and Application instructions above.
