Sandtex Trade X-Treme X-Posure Smooth Masonry Paint provides the best possible protection against weather exposure. Suitable for most exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards. The coating system provides excellent opacity, protection and weather resistance and will protect for up to 20 years.

Before application the project area needs to be clean and free of any cracks or gaps.
- Ensure that all cracks and gaps have been filled with a suitable filler, such as Sandtex Ready Mixed Masonry Filler
- Sandtex Quick Dry Stabilising Solution can be applied beforehand if the surface is chalky, dusty or weathered
New Surfaces
- New or porous surfaces need to be treated with a thin coat of the product diluted with clean water up to 40% to aid surface saturation
- Surfaces with excessive suction will require an application of a stabilising solution
- Clean the project area to remove any remnants of dust or loose debris from the surface and allow to thoroughly dry
Previously coated, aged or undercoated surfaces
- Remove all loose material or previous applications of paint that are flaking or loose with a stiff bristle brush (not wire)
- Organic growths need to be treated with Sandtex Fungicidal Wash and removed with a brush after the solution has dried
- Clean the project area to remove any dirt or grime that can hinder the adhesion of Sandtex Trade X-Treme X-Posure Smooth Masonry Paint to the surface and allow to thoroughly dry

Always do a test area before starting any project to check suitability and compatibility. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the container at all times.
- Ensure that the paint is well mixed beforehand by stirring the paint and always follow the manufacturer's instructions
- Sandtex Trade x-treme x-posure smooth masonry paint can be applied by either roller or brush
- Ensure the brush strokes are producing an even covering in all directions
- Quick drying formula allows recoating in 3 hours
- Apply a second coat to produce a solid and opaque finish

Very decent
Not very happy with the Sandtex 365 coverage - the all weather version of this but very happy with this! I would use this again for sure. decent coverage, easy to use.
