Overview
Ronseal Fence Sprayer is suitable for use with most water-based paints and wood stains (check product guidelines first to make sure product can be spray applied).

Cleaning
To clean the Ronseal Pump Sprayer, simply wash out with a compatible solvent after use. Generally speaking, solvent-based products can be rinsed with white spirit and water-based products can be rinsed with warm, soapy water. For best results, rinse until the fluid runs clear.

Fantastic time saver!
Having only ever painted fencing by hand this was revolutionary. It saves HOURS of time, is easy to use, and covers well and evenly. The only problem encountered was that when using the Ronseal stain, the nozzle frequently clogged up which meant cleaning the nozzle out regularly when spraying - a messy job! Nevertheless this product is far superior to manual painting and I definitely recommend it.

Effective pump
Good pump. Wash out after use if using solvent based products to prevent damage to plastic

The spray pattern switch didn't work!
This sprayer made spraying my panels super fast. I sprayed using the ronseal clear total wood preserver. I tried to use the spray pattern switch but made no difference to the spray pattern hence the missing star. One must run warm soapy water through the sprayer after the job and take the nozzle apart, because there's a plastic gauze in there that needs flushing with water to stop the sprayer from clogging up for future use. Also any sprayer uses more than conventional brushing, but one must weigh the cost against the time factor. In my case I'm guessing I used double plus I tried to find a dry non windy day which is difficult. Still it is far the easiest way otherwise it would have taken me the whole day with a brush.
