The Selecta 7 Shed and Fence Spray System is not only robust, but has an adjustable nozzle, 6-9 inches (150mm-225mm), which ejects a fine spray to ensure even coverage. A 6 x 6 foot fence panel can be finished in around 4 minutes. It is ideal for use with water-based products, and can also be used for solvent-based products, however, please be advised that this can eventually degrade the hosing and washers. For a 1 or 2 day project this garden sprayer is a cost effective time saver.

Works ok
Better than the one i had before

Makes painting a fence a lot easier than using a brush
Saved time and effort with this sprayer on a fence painting job. It works well, but could do with more control of the spray jet at the nozzle. It seems to only allow a wide spray or a straight jet.

If you're hesitating - don't it's worth it
The most fun and useful item I've purchased for property maintenance this year. really easy to assemble, and use. The pressure was very consistent, and the spray easy to control. It produces lovely even coverage. I think it was probably 3-4 times as fast as painting by hand. Plus, you won't give yourself a repetitive strain injury (like I did with the picket fence) from the motion. Easy to clean, just rant the system with some white spirits. Came out beautifully - can't wait to use again.

Massive timesaver for a fence
I took the advice from the Wood finishes direct web site to use this to apply Barrettine Wood Protective Treatment to a new fence and I was very glad I did. It really did take about 4 mins per panel and left a very smooth finish. Last time I did a new fence I used a big paint brush and it took hours. I was worried it would be a pain to clean up afterwards, but even this was easier than cleaning a roller!

Good manual pump sprayer
Works well to spray Ronseal Shed and Fence preserver, no dilution needed, no blockages, good coverage. Minor quibbles are lack of instructions on how to open to fill, you need to ensure all the hose connections are very tight or you'll get leaks, only one conical spray head which isn't ideal for spraying shed/fencing but it does the job.

Works very well made the job so much easier
I find your staff very good, I like the fact your sales man was interested in selling me the correct product for the job, so many would be interested more in selling me more expensive products that I did not need. Recommended your Company to many.

Easy to use
Easy to use,sprayed a large fence 14x6ft panels both sides with barretine wood preservative had no blockage’s sprayed really well, cleaned up easily with white spirits after use.

Not really suitable for applying wood finish
Product works as a garden sprayer (weed killer etc) but not really up to use applying a wood finish as wasteful and messy. A brush is much better !
