Ensure the project area is free of debris and dust and can provide a clean and solid surface for the filler to adhere to.
- Remove any loose debris from the project area
- If necessary, clean the area of any oil or grease with a suitable detergent and then wash clean afterwards
- Wash the area thoroughly to remove any remaining dust or debris and allow to thoroughly dry

- Apply Prestonett Ready Mixed Lightweight Filler straight from the tube, with no need for dilution or mixing
- Apply the filler with the use of a filling knife, with Mako Filler Knife being an excellent choice, filling the cracks, holes and blemishes on the project area
- Can be applied in any thickness and has an unlimited working time
- Apply the paste from bottom to top, ensuring the filled area is properly packed with no air pockets or gaps
