After use, ensure that the Mako Paint Scuttle is emptied and cleaned with an appropriate cleaner to remove all contaminates. This will prevent spillages and prolong the life of the scuttle.

As a guide, water-based products can usually be cleaned using warm soapy water. Solvent-based products are normally cleaned with white spirit or a dedicated brush and equipment cleaner. Always refer to the cleaning instructions on the tin of the product being applied.

Solid, stable good sized scuttle
Used this scuttle when applying decking oil with the Manns Exterior Timbercare Brush. The height of the scuttle was very good for easy access and application, but perhaps the walls slightly low when pouring out the decking oil (which resulted in a bit of splash). Overall though I was pleased with the product and will use it the next time I am applying decking oil.

Sturdy - does the job
Inexpensive 8-litre paint scuttle that does a good job. Capacity well suited for jobs such as deck oiling or staining; and nicely weighted so that it doesn't fall over when moved. Just the job!

Its a good bucket
Not expensive and as it was delivered at the same time we had a clean bucket instead of searching everywhere.
