"My order ended up being delivered to the wrong address, not your company's fault but a mistake with the courier, however I was made to feel like I wasn't being honest when I highlighted my delivery had failed to arrive when I'd paid extra for next day delivery. As far as you were concerned it had been sent. I was left to try and figure out where it had gone and in the end I found the lady your end who started out helpful being rather rude informing me it would have to be reported to the police because it was theft.
