"Not tech so prefer to talk to real person. Stuck as to product, colour, and also fence paint, the delightful lady on the phone talked me through various options. Then I panicked about not knowing if our last fence paint was oil or water based and the lady as we talked accessed our last year's purchase to say it was ducks back so we needed to buy that. She even helped me up the bill with some turpentine to get free postage. Long story short. She was patient, kind, hugely knowledgeable and helpful to the point of bending over backwards. Quality products, very good prices, almost instant delivery and outstanding customer service. No they did not pay me and I am not the directors mother, credit where credit due. And the packaging is almost bombproof."
