"The first lot of paint pots of 4 tins had two that had been damaged in transit, one of which was open and had spilt its contents into the bag. Fortunately they were packed in a plastic bag and the leakage was mostly contained although the spilt content was unusable. The customer service was excellent and I had a replacement for the damaged tin within a day and a partial credit for the other damaged tin whose content was still usable. The handling of my call to the service desk was very polite and efficient."
