The first ordered was not delivered, which was entirely down to the courier and a dishonest driver, when I contacted the couriers, who were very unprofessional, I was told to take it up with Wood Finishers Direct (not their fault in the least), who were very professional and acted very promptly by sending out a further order by next day delivery and at no cost what so ever to myself. A delight to deal with, I would highly recommend and will be using them again. A very welcome island of integrity in this sea of fur coats."
