"I over-applied Osmo Oil Rosewood product which has caused me huge problems. Merv from WFD took ownership of the problem and proactively helped me to both resolve the issue and more importantly advised how to apply the product to create the best finish possible. 'Thanks Merv - you're a star'. Feedback for Osmo customers is for WFD to advise explicitly how to apply the product so as to avoid over application. I found best advice (via Merv) is to apply Osmo with a microfibre roller and then pull the finish with a flat paint pad. Works a treat."
