"Very good experience, with extremely helpful advice by phone. I think a finer finishing grit pad would have been better, but carriage charge for 1 pad would be excessive so are living with a slightly rough surface at present. The volume calculation for the stain gives double the amount required, but this is possibly because our wood had quite a hard surface so less was absorbed."
