"Had 1st tin from yourselves, paid next day delivery and there were no problems Ordered 2nd tin the next week as running out, again paid for next day delivery and had major problems. Tracked order and was advised order was delayed, wait 24 hours. Waited 24 hours and no other comments were updated. Rang order line and was told order "had been misplaced by Courier" but another tin would be despatched f.o.c. for next day delivery. Again, no order was received so on chasing again was advised they had none in stock at that time but were awaiting delivery. Eventually was informed stain would be on next day delivery so waited in again. Two days later stain was delivered but contents of tin had spilled into packaging! As I had a brand new fence only half stained, which I was eager to finish, I accepted the tin and carried on painting. I don't know if the problem is with your Company or the Carrier you use but I certainly am not very impressed with the service received and don't think I would use your Company again."
