Can I use Ronseal Hardwood Furniture Oil on decking?

This oil wouldn't be durable enough for walking over and really wouldn't last very long on this type of surface. Instead, take a look at a better suited Decking Treatment

Will Ronseal Garden Furniture Oil protect a hardwood tabletop against staining, for example food grease from a BBQ?

As long as the timber grain is filled with the products nourishing oil (3 full coats with 4 hours in-between) and has had the chance to dry properly (6 hours minimum) before any damage then it will protect it from spillages.

I bought this sometime ago and kept it in the shed. I have tried to use it recently but it seems to have huge solid lumps and has gone watery grey colour. Is it safe to use?

It could be that the ingredients have separated and settled in the tin. Give the product a good stir through and try a test area.

Very good
Used the previous oil based product with excellent success on outdoor teak furniture. Was a little unsure about the latest water based version, but the colour matches and it seems to giving a good coating. Time will tell how long it last. But 3-5 years on the oil based was normal.

Good product. Goes on easily. Supposed to use a cloth but seems to work well using a brush.

It wasn't necessarily the product but the courier
I ordered this product but when I opened it the tin was badly squashed and leaking everywhere in the packet. So the oil itself is ok.

Excellent for protecting teak furniture
I have used this product for many years to protect a teak table which must be around ninety years old. It is easy to use, applying with a cloth and the table now looks like new.
