Ronseal Decking Restorer is a quick and easy way to restore grey and weathered decking back to its natural appearance.
Please Note: This product is only for untreated, weathered decking. It is not suitable for use on new or weathered coatings. To remove old coatings, please use Ronseal Decking Stripper. Alternatively, try Ronseal Decking Cleaner and Reviver, which can be used on treated decking.

Ensure decking is free from any surface debris using a stiff bristled brush. Remove any moss, mould and algae with Ronseal Decking Cleaner and Reviver.

Always do a small test area before beginning any project to assess results. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the tin at all times. Stir thoroughly before use.
- Apply liberally with a decking brush, working with a manageable area at a time i.e. 3-4 decking boards at a time
- Work into the surface of the wood by scrubbing with a stiff bristled brush
- Allow 15 minutes and re-scrub, then rinse with clean water
- One application will normally be sufficient, however, in severe cases of weathering you may need to apply a second coat
- Allow the wood to dry thoroughly (normally 2 days) before applying a Ronseal decking finish
Cleaning Equipment
Remove as much product as possible from brushes before cleaning. Rinse brushes with water and detergent. Do not empty into drains and watercourses.

Once decking is fully dry, it is ready for re-finishing with a suitable Decking Stain or Decking Oil.

Maintenance
Decking should be inspected on a regular basis. Protection with a Ronseal decking finish will help maintain the appearance of your deck, as will regular maintenance with a suitable decking cleaner.

Worked well!
The product removed most of the discolouration created by mosses and algae, leaving the timber shades lighter and ready for protective finish application. Easy to apply with nil odour...and very easy to wash out of the brush!
