Overview

Overview

Back

Ronseal Anti Condensation Paint is a water based coating that will permanently reduce the formation of condensation and mould on interior walls and ceilings thanks to its unique insulating properties. It dries to a tough, scrubbable, moisture resistant surface but it can also be used as an insulating basecoat for emulsion paint if an alternative colour is desired.

Ronseal Anti Condensation Paint is low odour and quick drying and dries to a matt white finish.

Remove any wallpaper. Loose paint or plaster should also be removed by sanding the surface lightly. Take care when sanding, always wear a face mask designed to avoid the inhalation of dust.

Ensure the surface is clean and dry. Any mould should be removed with Ronseal 3-in-1 Mould Killer and damp stains should be covered with an appropriate damp seal.

  1. Stir the paint thoroughly before use to make sure the consistency is smooth
  2. Pour the paint into a tray and cover a roller or paintbrush
  3. Apply to the wall or ceiling but don't brush or roller it out too thinly
  4. The wall or ceiling will be touch dry in one to two hours and ready to be painted over after four hours

Please note: If using as a basecoat allow 4 hours after the application of the second coat before over painting.
