Prestonett Ready Mixed Quick Dry Filler is a pre-prepared and fast drying filler. It can be easily applied with the use of either a filling knife or a flat edged trowel up to a thickness of 3mm. Once the filler has dried it can be overcoated with either a primer, conventional paint or lightweight wall coverings and is suitable for a wide range of surfaces, such as:

Ensure the project area is clean and free of debris, offering a firm surface for the filler to adhere to.

  • Clean the project area with a suitable detergent if oil and grease are present and then thoroughly rinse away any residue
  • Remove any debris or loose fitting substrate to form a firm surface for Prestonett Ready Mixed Quick Dry Filler to adhere to
  • Use in a well ventilated are and avoid direct contact with skin and eyes

Always do a test area before starting the project to assess the suitability and final finish. Also, follow the manufacturer's instructions for optimum results.

  • Avoid applying the filler in temepratures below 5°C and above 35°C
  • Massage the tube to ensure the filler is properly mixed before applying
  • Insert the paste into the cracks, holes and blemishes with the use of a filler knife, with Mako Filler Knife being a good choice
  • Prestonett Ready Mixed Quick Dry Filler can be applied in up to 3mm thickness
  • Apply the filler from the bottom upwards, ensuring no air pockets remain and that the cavity is fully packed
  • Unlimited working time and once dry it can be overcoated
