Morrells Induro Isolating Sealer is formulated from the finest shellacs and Ethyl alcohol to produce a super quick drying floor sealer / primer that also has excellent clarity. It is particularly suitable for refurbishing flooring, sealing in contaminants which may otherwise cause adhesion and drying issues when coating with a floor lacquer or varnish. It's unique formula isolates and bonds with the wood to provide a durable basecoat for a wide range of interior wood and floor varnishes.
Please note: To use Morrells Light Fast Wood Stain with this product, a minimum drying time of 1 hour is recommended to give enough time for the Morrells Induro Isolating Sealer to cure before overcoating

Surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry and free from surface dirt, dust and other contaminants prior to application.
- Fill any gaps or imperfections in the wood with Morrells Two-Part Coloured Wood Fillers
- Ensure that floors and other wooden surfaces have been correctly sanded
- Vacuum all traces of sanding dust and degrease timber with methylated spirit if required

Always do a test area before starting any project to assess product suitability and final finish. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the container at all times.
Optimum application is achieved between 18°C and 22°C with good air movement and ventilation.
- Apply primer with a microfibre roller, t-bar applicator, natural bristle brush or any other suitable applicator.
- Apply at a rate of 130 - 150mls/sqm in the direction of the wood grain
- Allow 90 mins to dry

Once dry, Morrells Induro Isolating Sealer can be over coated with Morrells Induro XL1 Floor Varnish Morrells Induro XL2 Floor Varnish or any other water-based floor lacquer without the need to sand before application.
