Bona Natural Primer can be used for a wide range of interior and exterior projects where preserving the natural look of raw untreated wood is required. Although primarily designed for use with wooden flooring, this product can also be used for priming wooden doors, furniture and other wooden surfaces.
Looking for an alternative wood primer, for an alternative look for wooden floors? Try one of the following:
|Bona Classic Primer||A non-yellowing, clear primer for use with the Bona range of varnishes|
|Bona Intense Primer||A 100% polyurethane based primer for finishes requiring better adhesion|
|Bona White Primer||A high quality wood primer that creates a 'white-washed' effect on wood flooring|
|Bona Amber Primer||Wood primer for oak and darker tropical species of wood.|
Ensure wooden surfaces to be treated are clean, dry and free from dust, dirt, grit and any other surface contaminants prior to application of Bona Natural Primer.
Always do a test area before starting any project to check suitability and final finish. Follow manufacturer's instructions on the container at all times.
Allow product to reach room temperature. Optimal application conditions are between 18-25°C and 30-60% relative air humidity. High temperatures and low humidity shorten, low temperatures and high humidity lengthen drying time. Minimum temperature for use is 13°C.
Bona Natural Primer should not be used as the final treatment for wooden floors.
