Overview
Ronseal Ultimate Finish Decking Pad Kit contains the tools needed for the upkeep and maintenance of oiled, stained and painted decking. The interchangeable cleaning and coating pads connect to the applicator head, and is ready to use in less than 1 minute.
- Applicator Head has 3 different angle settings and can be used by hand or with the extension pole
- Extension Pole a 5 piece extension pole which can be assembled up to 94cm in length
- Cleaning Pad the blue pad can be used to help scrub down the deck prior to treating
- Coating Pad the green pad can be used for applying all Ronseal decking oils, paints and stains

Please Note: If using to apply Ronseal Decking Oil, it is advised to replace the pad, as warm soapy water won't be able to remove all of the oil, and white spirit may damage the pad.
Preparation
Ensure that the ultimate finish decking pad is clean and dry before use to avoid cross contamination of products. If not, clean using warm soapy water and allow to dry thoroughly before use.
- Assemble the kit by clipping the soft-grip handle into the pad head, setting the angle using the black button slider
- Slot the 5-piece extension pole together and lock by twisting clockwise
- Screw the soft-grip handle onto the pole
- Attach chosen application pad
Application
Blue Cleaning Pad
- Perfect for the application of Ronseal Decking Cleaner and Reviver
- Pour directly onto the decking and scrub using the ultimate decking pad kit
- Leave to fully dry for 48 before applying a finish
Green Application Pad
- Ideal for the application of any Ronseal decking oil, stain or paint
- Pour the chosen finish into a tray and gently dip the pad in, ensuring not to submerge the pad
- Push down firmly when applying the first coat, this allows the pad to follow the grooves of the decking
- Evenly apply any further coats to achieve nice, streak-free finish
Aftercare
After using the Ronseal Ultimate Finish Decking Pad Kit, clean using warm soapy water. Both pads can be reused.
