Back
My shower has large plastic panels can I use the Ronseal Tile Paint on them?

Ronseal do not recommend using their Tile Paint on this type of surface. Instead, consider Zinsser Perma-White Interior which can be applied to a range of surfaces and is ideal in bathroom environments.

Certainly not one coat for any other colour than white
Good to work with, nice shade. However not particularly high gloss, and I would also question the one coat claim, over light beige it took 3. I can’t comment on durability yet but seems strong/appears like good cohesion to tile surface.

A good tile paint
Ive used this tile paint in the past and would use again. Its easy to apply and went on with just one coat with a mini sponge roller.

Brilliant paint , would definitely recommend
We bought this tile paint to revamp an old fashion bath room.. wall to wall tiles. It done a brilliant job , would definitely recommend this paint. Its smells very strong for a couple of days then the smells fades over a few days.

Require more than two coats
Says on the tin “one coat tile paint” Unfortunately I had to give two to three coats on lite coloured (light move) tiles which ended up costing quite a lot as this paint is not cheap. Will have to consider cleaning tiles with sugar soap in future, much quicker, cheaper and better result.
Shaf Mogul. White Satin, 750ml (12/05/20)
A note from us...
A second coat may be required if there is a significant colour change or if tiles are heavily patterned
Leave 24 hours between coats. test areas are recommended to check for this.
