Polycell Deep Gap Polyfilla easily fills deeper holes up to 20mm in one application and can be sanded to a smooth finish. It will not shrink or crack and will accept nails and screws. Suitable for use on interior plaster, masonry, cement, stone and wood.

Preparation

To achieve optimum results, the surfaces needs to be clean, dry and free from dirt, dust or any other surface contaminants.

Ensure the surface and hole are dry and free from loose material
Touch in nails and screws with a suitable metal primer
When working close to electrics ensure supply is isolated

Application

Back

Stir to a creamy consistency
Press the filler into hole with a filling knife, smoothing off with knife
Do not overfill and ensure filler is level with the surface being filled
For deeper repairs above 20mm - build up in layers allowing to dry between applications
If necessary. sand the area to a smooth finish when fully dry
Recoatable after 2 hours
