Morrells Induro XLO Natural Parquet Floor Oil is a flooring oil made from natural oils and urethane, suitable for use on all types of solid and engineered flooring. It produces a natural, smooth finish that has excellent resistance against water and other types of household moisture with the added bonus of easy maintenance and repairs.

Always do a test area before starting any project to assess product suitability and final finish. Follow the manufacturers instructions on the tin at all times. Keep rooms well ventilated during application and drying.
The surface of the timber should be clean, dry and free from any surface contaminants such as grease, oil and dirt. All previous finishes should be removed by sanding or with a suitable paint stripper / remover.

- Apply oil with a short haired roller, T-bar applicator, trowel or natural bristle brush at a rate of 80mls/sqm
- Allow to dry for 3-4 hours
- Lightly abrade with a red pad on a rotary floor buffing machine
- Apply second coat of oil and allow to dry for 3-4 hours
- Apply further coats as necessary, with a light de-nibbing between coats to aid adhesion and improve the final finish
A natural finish is normally achieved with 2-3 coats.

To maintain the surface finish and its protective properties, re-apply one coat of Morrells Induro XLO Natural Parquet Floor Oil, as and when required, with a light abrade before application.

Great finish and very easy to use

Excellent finish - easy to apply
This product does exactly what is says on the tin.
We renovated some parquet flooring it has brought out the colour of the wood.
The 10% Matt is just what we wanted, easy to apply and gives great protection.
Our lovely dog tends to dribble water all the way from his bowl to the sitting room, the droplets just pool and then you wipe off.
