Liberon Shellac Filler Sticks are traditional repair sticks for filling holes and cracks in wooden surfaces prior to applying a French polish, wood lacquer or varnish. Each stick is approximately 85mm long and 10mm diameter.
Please Note: Shellac sticks are harder than regular wax filler sticks. The light, medium and dark shades can be blended together to give a perfect match.

Ensure the area to be treated is clean, dry and free from dust, dirt and any other surface contaminants.

Always test product on a spare surface or inconspicuous area before beginning any project to asses the colour, compatibility and end result. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the pack at all times.
- Melt stick with a soldering iron or hot iron and run into the damaged area
- Allow to harden and remove any excess with a scraper or sharp knife
- Lightly sand to a smooth finish with a fine abrasive

Once the Shellac has dried, the wood is ready to be finished with a French polish, wood lacquer or varnish.

Really pleased with results
Used to fill some small hole's in panga panga and wenge wood, easy to mix together to get the right shades, easy to melt with a lighter. Great!
