Colron Furniture Stripper is an effective means of removing a wide range of pre-existing wood finishing products without damaging and affecting the wood. Perfect for stripping old paints, enamels, polyurethane varnishes, cellulose, plastic coatings and most other tough finishes. Great for use on all types of wood and suitable for antiques and finer pieces of furniture. Based on a blend of solvents together with viscosity modifiers.
Got a wax finish you'd like to remove? We recommend using Colron Wax Remover.
Please Note: Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960's paint surfaces over wood as they may contain harmful lead. It is not recommended to sand or use heat guns on pre-1960's paint as this could result in the release of toxic dust or fumes.
Always do a test area before starting any project to assess the suitability of this product. Follow the manufacturers instructions on the tin at all times.
