Liberon Home ColourCare Decorative Furniture Wax nourishes interior wooden furniture and offers resistance to everyday stains. The wax finish is highly lustrous and hard wearing and helps to cover marks and scratches in the surface of the wood. The clear version can be used to maintain previously waxed furniture.
Ensure that wooden surfaces to be waxed are clean, dry and free from traces of dust, dirt and any other surface contaminants.
Always do a test area before starting any project to assess product suitability and final finish. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the tin at all times.
Please Note: The effect will be more marked on wood with a prominent grain or previously brushed wood, and will appear more uniform on finely sanded wood. If you're not satisfied with the result, before the wax is dry, remove with a damp sponge and start again.
Waxed wooden furniture can be wiped over with a lint-free cotton cloth or duster on a regular basis. Do not wash with water as this will damage the finish.
If the surface looks dull and tired over time, simply re-apply a fresh coat of Liberon Home ColourCare Decorative Furniture Wax, following the 'preparation' and 'application' instructions above.
