Terms and Conditions:
1. This competition is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over except for employees of Wood Finishes Direct, their families or any supplier associated with this competition. 2. To enter the competition, you must meet two criteria:
– Be signed up to our newsletter at Subscribe to Wood Finishes Direct (wood-finishes-direct.com) on or before the 30th April 2024.
– Respond to our email with your full name, email address and post code.
3. One entry per person
4. 20 winners will receive a pair of Grand Designs Live Tickets. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Winners may not receive more than one pair of tickets. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize that are not expressly included in the Prize.
5. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure contact details and email address held by the Promoter (Wood Finishes Direct) is valid and correct.
6. By entering this competition, you agree that if you are picked as a winner, you allow Wood Finishes Direct to send your name, email and postcode to Protek who will then distribute the tickets to you. The competition winners will be selected at random within 24 hours of the promotion end date, 30th April 2024 and notified by email or telephone. In the event that the promoter cannot contact a winner after taking all reasonable steps to do so, it reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to award the prize to a substitute winner. The promoter will not be responsible for any inability of any winners to take up their specified prize.

9. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material unless specified when notified as a winner. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current (UK) data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
10. Participants agree to receive marketing communication from the Promoter. Participants can unregister themselves by contacting experts@wood-finishes-direct.com after the competition has closed.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or suspend this promotion or any entry at any time with no liability to any participant or third party.
12. All decisions by the Promoter are final in relation to any result, dispute, prize or competition.
