Osmo Wood Stain and Protector

Osmo Wood Stain and Protector is a protective wood stain in semi-transparent colour shades for most exterior woodwork. It is ideal for Roble furniture which is currently a popular wood for making garden furniture from. This oil based product, contains natural waxes and produces a smooth satin matt surface. The grain and texture of the wood are enhanced.

Osmo Wood Stain and Protector also prevents and protects against blue stain, rot and mildew. Osmo Wood Stain and Protector is natural oil based, micro-porous, moisture regulating, water-repellent and extremely weather and UV resistant.

Osmo Wood Stain and Protector will not crack, flake, peel or blister. It is easy to apply, will not dry during application (no brush marks) and is easy to renew (just apply a further coat).

Osmo Wood Stain and Protector is also the ideal product for trade and industry. It has been time tested for decades under the severest weather conditions. For industrial use (indoors and outdoors) it is also available without active ingredients.

Until recently clear coatings on external wood were prone to greying or silvering much quicker than coloured coats but now the clear product in this range comes in a new improved formula that contains UV filters.

As with the colours, the clear 420 contains UV filters and biocide to give added protection. The Clear 410 contains UV filters but does not contain biocide making it suitable for internal wooden surfaces.
