Ensure the project area is free of clean, free of debris and offers a stable substrate for the filler to adhere to.

  • Remove any loose debris to guarantee a strong bond for Prestonett Ready Mixed Interior and Exterior Filler
  • If necessary, clean the project area with a suitable detergent to remove any oil and grease, cleaning away any residue afterwards
  • Wash the project area to remove any dust and ensure the area is dry and clean

Always do a test area before starting the project to assess the suitability and final finish. Also, to achieve the best results it is recommended to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

  • Do not apply in conditions that are below 5°C or above 35°C
  • No need to prepare the mixture before application and can be used straight from the tub
  • Insert the paste into the cracks, holes and blemishes with the use of a filler knife, with Mako Filler Knife being a good choice
