Osmo Oil Stain Hardener (6631) is a special clear polyisocyanate hardening additive for Osmo Oil Stain that accelerates the drying process. It does not change the look or reduce the coverage.

Preparation of flooring and other wooden surfaces prior to the use of Osmo Oil Stain are not influenced by the application of the hardener additive. Please refer to the product information for Osmo Oil Stain substrate preparation .

The finished surface is, among other things, influenced by the wood's natural characteristics. Therefore, a trial application is always required, especially for unfamiliar surfaces. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the bottle at all times.
- Add the full 60ml of Oil Stain Hardener to a 1 Ltr tin of Osmo Oil Stain
- Stir thoroughly to ensure that both components are well mixed
- Further processing to be carried out corresponds to that of the Oil Stain instructions
Please Note: Pot time of the Oil Stain is reduced down to 60 minutes by adding Osmo Oil Stain Hardener (6631). Please do not mix together more material than you can process within 45 minutes. For example, If only half a Ltr of oil stain is required, only add 30ml of hardener, for 250ml of oil stain, add 15ml of hardener.
