Colron Wood Filler - Product Information

Overview

Colron Wood Filler is a ready to use, single part interior wood filler perfect for filling nail holes, cracks and other imperfections in wood before finishing.

Preparation

Ensure that wood to be filled is clean, dry and free of any dust, dirt or other surface contaminants.

Application

Always do a test area before starting any project to assess product suitability and final finish. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the tin at all times.

Using a filling knife, apply Colron Wood Filler smoothly to the gap, hole or crack in the wood surface
Deep holes should be filled in 5mm layers - allow to dry in between layers
Leave filler proud of surface to allow for sanding
Smooth over with a wet knife and leave to dry for approximately 2 hrs
Sand smooth and wipe with a damp lint-free cloth to remove dust

Finishing

Once dry, the repaired and sanded wood can be finished with a suitable wood finish or paint.
