Easy to use protection oil for internal doors

Osmo Door Oil is the perfect way to create a natural looking finish for all types of interior wooden doors, including oak, pine, beech and many more!

Formulated from 100% natural waxes and oils, Osmo Door oil will not peel or flake, resists finger marking, staining and is easy to apply and maintain whilst reducing shrinkage and warping.

The average solid door is 3m2 both sides. We recommend two coats meaning you'll need 6m2 per door.

Description

Osmo Door Oil is formulated from 100% natural ingredients including carnuba wax, candellilla wax, sunflower oil, soyabean oil and vegetable oil. It offers good overall protection and penetrates into the wood grain helping to reduce shrinking and swelling.

Application of Osmo Door Oil

Ensure wooden surface is clean and dry before application. Osmo Door Oil is easy applied with a good quality paint brush, sponge or mohair roller. Work in the direction of the wood grain and remove any excess. Apply two thin coats of Osmo Door Oil for greatest protection.

Drying times

Two thin layers will dry in around 8-10 hours.

Maintenance

Stains and dirt can be removed by cleaning the affected surface and applying more Osmo Door Oil. If marks go deeper into the wood then a light sand is required before applying more of the oil.
