Barrettine clear wood preservative comes in a ready to use formula that can be quickly and easily applied with a paint brush, roller or spray system.

Barrettine clear wood preservative provides universal treatment and protection against wood rot, fungi and woodboring insects.

With a formula that is ready to use straight from the tin, our clear wood preserver provides an effective solution for the treatment and prevention of common wood care problems such as dry rot and insect damage.

Suitable for use on all timbers, Barrettine wood preservatives can be used on internal and external wooden surfaces such as furniture, wooden floors and exterior decking.

Our wood preservatives are available in 5 and 20 litre (4 X 5ltr tins) quantities, the following gives an indication of the approximate coverage for each size.

  • 5ltrs = approximately 35 sq meters.
  • 20ltrs = approximately 140 sq meters.

This wood preservative is solvent based and should only be used in well ventilated areas. Care should be taken with the cleaning and disposal of any brushes, cloths, tins or other materials that have come into contact with the wood preservative.
