Osmo Wood Protector

A unique wood preservative for interior and exterior use

Based on natural oils and waxes, Osmo Wood Protector offers a safe and effective way of treating interior and exterior wood work. With no biocides or toxic ingredients, this product is especially suitable for use on children's playground equipment, sand-pits and wooden floors.

Although Osmo Wood Protector offers protection in it's own right any Osmo finish (except One Coat Only or Fence and Garden Stain) can be applied, preferably within one week. This product is compatible with all commonly used adhesives, glues and putties with the exception of products containing Silicon. Water based stains cannot be used on top of this product.

Osmo Wood Protector is ready to use straight from the tin, simply stir well and apply a generous coating to all sides of the wood if possible. Once this product has been applied it is recommended that it is left to dry in a well ventilated area for 24 hours. An appropriate finishing product can be applied after 36 hours if required. This product should not be thinned or mixed with other products.
