Dust Mask with Filter

When working with very fine dust particles or with other low to average toxicity fibres, dusts, solid and liquids aerosols, the importance of using the correct dust mask is paramount to the comfort and well being of people working in these environments.

Our P2 valved respirator dust masks conform to the latest EN149:2001 FFP2 standards making them ideal for use in fine dust or low to average toxicity environments.

Light weight with a contoured fit, our face masks are designed with an exhalation valve to reduce the build up of moisture and heat inside the face mask, a common problem often experienced by wearers of commonly available dust masks.

With a FFP2 rating, these dust masks are rated to offer protection against non-toxic and low-to-average toxicity levels that include fine dust and solid / liquid aerosols in concentrations of up to 12 x O.E.L (Occupational Exposure Limit) or 10 x APF (Assigned Protection Level).

Before any work is conducted, a thorough risk assessment should be undertaken to ensure that the correct level of protection, including the type of dust mask, is used for the contaminant and concentration. Failure to provide the correct equipment or face mask could result in serious irritation or injury.
